I'll be away the next two Sats (Aug 4 & 11)... have fun in the sun on the run before the bun without me!

Patti, Bobbie, Stephanie... and whoever else was away... ARE YOU BACK? HOW WERE YOUR TRIPS??? can't wait to see you all again!

Last Saturday Dawn, Linda, Melanie, Michelle & Julie were out and were HOT! It's definately time to bring a water bottle! But it was great, as always.

Who's up for this Saturday? 6:30 in the sunshine!!

Also, for anyone who's interested, a few of us have been getting together at 6:25 on Monday and Wednesday mornings, in Shannon Lake for a 40 minute run... some dads leave for work at 7:15, so this gives some moms a chance to sneak a run in before then!
