DECEMBER 1ST!!!!!!

Whaddya say we welcome December with a nice fresh run??
The weather network site says we're looking at -10' on Saturday! I know we Okanagan people are pretty whimpy... so for all you die hards, come out for a run.. and for the rest of you... I do believe Bliss serves an assortment of hot beverages :-)

I know i'll plan to go for 7:30... but I won't run if it's really cold and windy.

What say the rest of you??

Run & Fun

Hey girlies!
Gettin' a little chilly out there these days isn't it? But it's amazing how quick you warm up when you're running with excellent company!
I'm going to miss this sat as I have a special event at the store... but I hope a bunch of you are able to get together!

On a completely unrelated note (and I hope no one minds us posting this here)... Mel & I are hosting a Luscious Bags party and we'd love for you to come. It's very funky purses, luggage, jewellery & more. It's at my place, Tuesday Nov 20the, 7pm-9pm. There are no catalogues, no ordering and no waiting! Come, visit, eat, sip, browse... and if you see something for yourself or for someone on your Christmas list, great. I wonder if we'll recognize each other when we're not in spandex???

The run is on

Hi everybody! Yes, I do believe the Sole Sisters are meeting at Bliss at 7:30 as per usual. I won't promise that I'll be there as I'm trying to retreat and work on some scrapbooking! who knows though...I may be longing for some exercise. Anyways, it's always fun to know who's planning to show up. I was actually shocked last week to find 11 of you there in the dark and rain!! What a dedicated bunch! Dawn, is your computer still down?

Nothing Like A Brisk Fall Run

Hi everybody! Yes, it's chilly out but it's amazing how warm layers of clothing and the company of friends make a brisk run something to anticipate! I don't think any of us regretted coming out in the cold last week. I'll be at BLISS at 7:30. Who else is in? Some of you have been MIA for awhile! (you know who you are!!) We miss you!
