November 1st?

Hello ladies!

I'm all done working on saturdays and can't wait to hook up with you girls again! I'm still walking instead of running, but would love to meet up on Sat. I'll finish my walk around 8:15-8:30... who will I see?? Miss you all!

Who's up for a fabulous, fantastic, incredible run tomorrow? Colleen and I will be at Bliss at 7:00 for our run and should be ending around 7:15/7:30ish for coffee. Any takers? Any different times?

IT'S RACE WEEKEND!!

We are all JUST SO PROUD of all of you who are running on Sunday... I know there are several 10K'ers and several more Half Marathoners! WAY TO GO on all your hard training, your dedication and on pushing yourselves further than you imagined possible. YOU GIRLS ROCK and we're all cheering for you in your own personal accomplishment on the road this weekend!

I don't know how a run on Saturday fits into your training, but who plans to show up on Saturday??

I myself am going to go for a half hour walk and then be doen in time to enjoying a cup o' bliss at 7:30! Anyone joining me (for the coffee part, anyway??)

Hi Ladies!
I hope the weather cooperates for us this weekend.. I heard there are showers in store for tommorrow!
I am going to be at bliss at 6:45am(I am running 12 kms).... and hope to see some of you out there too!
