Valentine's Day Run

Hope everyone can fit in a nice run and visit before all their Valentine's commitments. No better way to spend a morning than with you ladies!

7:30 at Bliss for me. I'm sure there's going to be an earlier bird too.

Come out and beat the mid-winter blues this saturday by running your way to happy! ( am I a little too enthusiasic?)
I will be running 15kms, and starting at 7 am. But that is a little early for most, so how about a start time for everyone else at 7:30?
