Hello all!
What better way to celebrate Walk and Roll Day by going for a run first thing in the morning!
I'm going at the usual 6:45 for 10ish k. How bout you?
Okanagan International Marathon is coming up fast in just 2 more weeks. Great events for the kids on Sat and for us on Sun--it's not too late to sign up!
Looking forward to seeing you all! And in case you were looking for something fun and exciting to do today but didn't want to drive...it's free transit today!
Kari ;)

Saturday, September 19
Hello Ladies,
Hope you all had a great week and are ready to put your running legs on!
Lots of people running different distances nowadays, so a start time and an end time at Bliss might be helpful to those running the longer times.
As for me, my usual 6:45 start time with the hopes of 10k, to end at Bliss really close to 8.
See you then,
Kari
