11th hour shirt update!

I know a few girls were not too fond of the black shirt, so I took one last look around town and SStore had the SAME style as below only in Turquoise, so I grabbed what they had. At this point the one med and one large is spoken for, but I have a handful of smalls left if anyone wants one. Also, they have T's the same color, and black, so if anyone wanted a T-shirt but not a TANK they would still be a nice combo. If you want a T, you will have to go pick them up yourself and bring them to me unless you know what size you would like. I'm making one last trip to SS Thurs at noon, then off to the printers.

The Turquoise is similar to the last T's we did, just FYI.

SHIRTS! (Make sure you've read the important posts below too!)

We have finally got all the pieces of the puzzle together and will be going to print next week!

Thanks to Alison Pasay, graphic artist, who helped me get the logo finished properly and in the right format for printing!

I looked and looked for a red tanktop but no luck. The only ones I could find in town that were both affordable and plentiful, were these black yoga-style tops. The good news is that they are affordable and a nice style. With printing, they will be $25 each! Christy picked up a few extras in Vancouver so we have enough for everyone who wants one :-)

The other bit of news is that the printer will put our logo (in sport film, vs. silk screening, which is more durable and the colors won't bleed) on almost anything... SO, if you don't want a tank top, but do want a top of your own logo'd, get it in my hands by Monday! If you have a nice black T that you like, that would be nice :-) The logoing is about $6/item. Just remember the logo will be WHITE (as above) so don't bring me a white shirt :-)

Saturday March 27 - Run & Breakfast

Hi ladies,

Well, this is Leslie's last weekend here so this Saturday we are planning a little farewell breakfast at Blind Angler (BA). Leslie is going to try and make it to Bliss in the morning to say goodbye to everyone but for those who want a longer send off, I am making a reservation for 9:30 at BA. I understand that 9:30 makes planning a run and Bliss time a little complicated but that is the earliest the restaurant will open.

If you can make it, please let me know and I'll be able to set the number of people for the reservation.

I've done my long run already this week, (and although I missed running with you, it was nice to not have to get up before 6am to do it!) So I'm thinking of doing about 10K with intervals, starting at 7:30.

4) Do we want to head out to eat after the race or go "home" and take 15 showers and then head out? We might need to reserve somewhere with our big group. I'm good either way... I'm sure there will be lots of snacks at the finish line, but I also enjoy a well earned french toast, given the opportunity. What are your preferences?

I'm soooo looking forward to this! It's so awesome that so many of us can make it--we'll really miss those who can't :-(

I'll be going for 17km, and I'm going to start at 6:30 as I can't stay too late for coffee this week.
