Saturday May 15th!

Hi girls!

I'm going to go for a walk and coffee... since a few of us have 16KM waiting for us on Sunday!! I'm starting at 7:45 if any walkers want to join me. Oh, and if anyone else is heading that way at that time from my neck of the woods, might I hop a ride... Joel and the boys are picking me up from bliss later and we're heading to Penticton for a baseball tourney. Otherwise I can just leave my car there all day.

Who's up for what tomorrow??

See you then!

Saturday, May 8th (See post below re: Naramata Race)

helloooooooo!
It's looking sunny and inviting out there right now... hoping it's the same tomorrow!
I'd like to run the "whole thing" to the BA and then up and down to the cul-de-sac and then up the other arm to the Hwy as well... that's 13KM, right?
I'm thinking a 7:15 start. Anyone with me?

Also, Kim picked up a whack of registration forms for the Women's run, June 13th. If you havne't been before, it's a gorgeous route through the orchard roads in East Kelowna... 5 or 10K options... great atmosphere. Would be nice to get a huge crew out for that one... invite your friends too! It's the perfect race for anyone who's just started running to finish that 5K in a very friendly setting :-)

Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!
