Hey all!
There was a little bit of talk about running on Monday sometime... either at about 8am or in the evening. Anyone up for either?
Options:
Shannon Lake neighborhood run
or
East Kelowna Race Route
Post your preferences and we'll see who's up for what!
It was a great run this am with Kari, Julie, Linda, Donna, Patti & Dawn... perfect temperature and we were moving for close to an hour... (more for Kari) we're so getting ready to kick this 10K!
Don't forget to register through Fresh Air Experience... here's the link...

and, of course, plan for natchos afterwards! How does the Red Robin patio sounds??
Remember you can do a 5 or 10K option... it's such a great race-- encouraging, casual environment... loads of prizes. For those who are looking at their first race---this is the perfect way to start!
have a great saturday!
