Alexis & I met with Stephanie this morning... a gorgeous day and we were sweating up a storm! Makes these 7:30 starts on Saturday pretty logical!
So, for this weekend, the usual time at the usual place?

The last couple of weeks there has been a small group doing a monday evening run in the Shannon Lake Neighborhood... about a 40 minute route. If you care to join us, meet at 6:45 infront of Donna's house. (We can get you the address if you need it.) Anyone is welcome.

Hey Dawn, Website looks great. T-shirts look good too. Soccer is interfearing with running.. not that I have been too active. Something is up with my knee. Not sure what. I may have to just walk the June 10th run but we will have to see. Hope walkers are included in the sole sister status!
Let me know when the decision is made..(color and $) count me in.
