Last Saturday Dawn, Linda, Melanie, Michelle & Julie were out and were HOT! It's definately time to bring a water bottle! But it was great, as always.
Who's up for this Saturday? 6:30 in the sunshine!!
Also, for anyone who's interested, a few of us have been getting together at 6:25 on Monday and Wednesday mornings, in Shannon Lake for a 40 minute run... some dads leave for work at 7:15, so this gives some moms a chance to sneak a run in before then!

I am back! I shouldn't have any trouble getting there for 6:30. I am still tired from the trip...but getting up early isn't a problem.

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to bail tomorrow... our backyard reno plans got way behind thanks to the rain and tomorrow noon is our deadline, so I need to stick around and help out so that when our friends arrive there isn't a mud bog in the back yard!
