I'm ready to run this Saturday! I get to do a big "run 1 walk 4".... can't wait!

Hope you had a great trip Dawn! Linda, Corinne, Rebecca and I did the Beach run--it was great to have a group represent all the soul sisters!
Can't make it on Sat, I'm in Vancouver. Hope you all survive the heat.

My plan was to be there for the beach run but we got unexpected company from out of town, and scince my husband was supposed to run his first 10k run with me that day he was truley delighted! HaHa! However we did go the next day and do the route. I can't wait to hear how the run went for you guys! I am for sure in for Sat. morning run, If someone needs a ride from Westbank just let me know!

Sorry, but I'm out for this Saturday and next. I was looking for you at the Beach run on Sunday Danette! I thought Kenny bailed on you, glad to hear you have a valid excuse! I hope you survived the Seattle trip Dawn, glad to hear you can run and walk now! Good progress. I'll miss you all, have fun in the heat! I'll be camping with the family.
