Okay, it's not that hard!
Now that the marathon and Run for the Cure and Run For Africa are over, I know the temptation would be there to just STOP running for awhile. But part of the joy of living in the Okanagan is that we really CAN keep running for most of the year. This is when we really need the motivation of friends! Remember how good it feels to "Just DO IT!"
Are you still game to meet at BLISS on Saturdays? If so, what time? 7:30? 8:00? As I type this, it is pouring rain outside. Who knows what tomorrow morning will look like. If it's not raining hard, I'll plan to be at Bliss at 8:00. I hope I have company!

Colleen and I will be there at 8. If it's raining too hard it'll be a good excuse to have a long coffee.
Kari
Sure, I'll ride with you.
Thanks!
Patti
pick you up at 7:45ish, Patti.

Hi! I'm Leslie and I will be joining you for the first time tomorrow! I'm hoping to come with Bobbi depending on how her son does at volleyball. Otherwise I'll show up on my own!
Looking forward to meeting you!
I am coming, 8am sounds great!!! See you tomorrow rain or shine, I like Kari's idea of coffee if it is raining too much, however I have always enjoyed running in the rain.
Colleen
