Sorry I didn't post a blog this week. Dawn, when you go away we just all fall apart! Just curious, did anyone brave the snow and go out for a run? The rest of us applaud you. Apologies to anyone (Amy, Rebecca??) who might have been waiting for me to pick them up. We should have at least gone to Bliss for a ham and cheese biscuit in honor of Michelle doing the Sun Run this weekend! We're proud of you, Michelle!
Hopefully we'll all be back on track next week.

Yes we braved the elements, there was about 8 of us I believe! We missed you and cause you weren't there I didn't run the hill LOL!
I wanted to post about my Yoga Class to see if anyone is interested it is fabulous a great workout, and the teacher well he is yummy..what a bonus!!! Class is Thursdays 7:00 KC Dance Studio in Westbank behind Whiskey's come out and try it's AWESOME!
