Looking forward to a beautiful run with you girls this weekend!
For any of you "lurking" on the blog... know you're welcomed to come out... there are ladies at almost every level, so the chances of finding someone to walk/walk-run/run with are very good!
Also, this week a few of us are going to bring resistance bands for a little extra somethin' after our run... I went to Flaman Fitness today and bought myself a resistance rope (with handles)and I picked up 2 extra ($16.75 including tax) incase anyone else wants one. Let me know if you want to claim it. And if you have your own, feel free to bring it... maybe if Stephanie is there we can get her to show us a few moves.
As for me, I plan to run from 7:30-8:30. Who else is planning to come and what are your plans??

Oh you gals rock! I will be willing to demo exercises between 8:30 and 9:00. I plan to ride again tomorrow....car sharing....and so I need to be back on the bike by 9:00. I will also bring my own bands and we can talk about which bands to use for what exercises.

Rats! I wish I didn't have to miss the demo! Can you believe I am heading to Silver Star on Sat?? My boys have a x-country ski camp there all day. Yes, apparently there is still snow. Have a great run and a good post-run band party.

I'm not able to come. Strep throat going through the family :( . I'm recovering but Jessi just came down with a fever last night. Enjoy the sun. I'm going to enjoy a quiet day with this family of mine.
