Looking forward to enjoying a gorgeous weekend, starting with a fine run!
A few have been starting at 7am... others at 7:30.
As for me, I'm going to start at 7 and try to do my first 10K since September!
Anyone care to join me??

Hey Ladies,
I have to take it easy tomorrow...and have to work at 10am in Kel. so I am going to skip this week. I hope to be out next Sat.
