Hi everyone,
Thought I'd get straight down to business. For those who have not heard, there are several of us who have talked about doing a desitination run (for the purpose of running, eating, shopping and fellowship)to Wenatchee this April 17, 2010. The day of this race happens to fall on the lovely Dawn Kern's 40th Birthday. Everything about this trip sounds perfect so we can chat about all the details at Bliss but if you want more info about the race itself, go to www.wenatcheemarathon.com. There are fee saving deadlines starting Dec 1, then Jan 1 and so on. Not huge jumps in the beginning but thought I would let you know. The route looks great and no major hills! Check it out and thanks Dawn for finding this gem.
As for this Sat, I'm hoping for 10k at 7:15. It was still dark this morning at 7:15 so I might change to 7:30 if no one else wants 7:15. I'll check the blog tomorrow night to be sure.

I am in for the desitnation run that course looks awesome, and I will meet you at 7:15 or 7:30 and hopefully I can make that 10 km with ya!

It would be really fun to get away in the spring! I still want to call to see if there is a race in Bellingham too, just to see if we have an option with less drive time :-)
