I think I'm going to try to get started around 7 and then meet the 7:30 crew for another 8K or so... just want to do about 12... I'd love to try the long, slow method with you Yvonne, but 6:30 is a bit too early for me :-)

7:30 works great for me too. Lookin for a 8-10k run. Roads are clear but sidewalks are still icy. I ran yesterday and it was fine.
