March 13 - Leslie's Last Run with us - sniff sniff

Such a sad post...
Who's going to be there to send Leslie off on her new adventure in SoleSister Style?

I'll be going for 17km, and I'm going to start at 6:30 as I can't stay too late for coffee this week.

Anyone one else have big plans??

Looking forward to seeing you!
Dawn

DISCLAIMER: IF IT'S RAINING AND WINDY I'LL JUST MEET FOR COFFEE 7:45ish... I am a delicate flower.

Well, It has been a while since I was out on the road and I think my mind and body needs it!!

Roxie and I'll be doing about 6-8k, so I'm thinking 7ish.

I'm mostly looking forward to coffee. I may be around for 1-2 more Saturday am runs if I am lucky!!!
Al thinks I need it...hmmm maybe all this packing and organizing is making me grumpy???

You gals ROCK!!!

Hi again... first - Dawn - I don't buy the 'delicate flower' thing - I've seen you run hills... :)

Also, here's the roll recipe I promised - very versatile and great for those with dairy allergies:
1 c warm water
1 T yeast
1 egg
1/4 c oil
2 T sugar
1 t salt
about 3 cups of flour
Dissolve yeast in water, add rest. Add flour 1 c at a time until soft but not sticky. Knead, shape, rise, and bake at 350.
