Hello Ladies,
I will be starting at 0730 and running 10 and 1's, of course slow as always and I thought I would head towards the hills first...please join or follow the gazelles...anything goes. See you at Bliss before and most importantly AFTER to warm up with coffee.
PS I will bring my IPOD shuffle in case you wish to run to dog beach first OR cannot keep up with my snails pace. Go girls go! AND run like one! Yvonne
