hey hey! our poor neglected blog...
YES, we are still running... some girls are heading out around 7 for a bit of a longer run... some at 7:45ish for about 5KM and increasing a little each week in prep for Wenatchee 10K!
Looking forward to seeing ladies out tomorrow -- Carleen, Andrea and I will be there for 7:45.

I am missing running and drinking fabulous coffee with all the soul sisters! I would love to join everyone again this sat! I will watch for post to see if anyone going out!! Hope to see you all soon!
