I think we are missing our fearless Blog Leader Dawn. I wanted to wish many weeks of health and wellness. You can think of me overindulging on wine, cheese and baguettes!

So ladies? Exactly how early do we want to start running now that it's heating up out there? 6:30 seemed to work for many.... who's planning to be at Bliss this Sat @ 6:30 to keep our momentum going after last week's race???

WELL DONE, SPEEDIES!!!!!

What a beautiful day for this race! And everyone did amazingly well!

Each and every gal who entered needs to know how proud the rest of us are of you! Every single one worked very hard and did very well! I was very proud to be a part of the sea of pink. And, Audrey, Cheryl & Danette (an anyone else)... shirt or no shirt, you're a sole sister. Please come out and join the others any time!

I have about 120 photos... so I'm trying figure out how to get a slideshow going... (anyone know how??)... so for now, here are a couple of sneak peeks...

Please post whether you'd like to go together or if you're going on your own.
Also, please post if you plan to do a run (or light run) on Saturday at Bliss.

The race starts at 8am (right?)... and they strongly suggest picking up your race packs tomorrow to avoid the chaos. (You know that you can pick up a friend's pack?) Do you think that if everyone has their pack already, arriving at 7:30 would be ok? that would mean being on the road by 7??? Whaddya think?

THE FINAL COST WAS $26.52... AND WE NEED TO PAY ALEXIS, PREFERABLY BY CHEQUE, and I think it would be nice if she got all our money by RACEDAY AT THE LATEST... please remember to square up with her so she doesn't have to send her thugs after anyone :-) THANK YOU ALEXIS!!

Prep Time

Hey I figured this out!
I'm just wondering who might want to join me Wednesday evening for a run over the course in preparation for the race this Sunday? I am interested in trying to run the 10k if anyone would like to try that with me, or anyother distance we can all meet up at the end.
Dawn, we are all still thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers. Can't wait until you're running with us again!
We should find out who is all planning on going to the race and organize some sort of car pool.
