So ladies? Exactly how early do we want to start running now that it's heating up out there? 6:30 seemed to work for many.... who's planning to be at Bliss this Sat @ 6:30 to keep our momentum going after last week's race???

I am going to try to go for a little walk and then join you for coffee.... I probably won't show up until 7 or so... I'm hoping I can do a 20 min walk.
I went for physio today and had accupuncture too! The physio said to go ahead and start walking, starting with 10 mins... but to hold off on the running for a few more weeks.
I'm game! I might even get home in time to make breakfast for my kids. And maybe make it to Jill's soccer game. Any Shannon Woods people want a ride? If not, maybe I'll drive over and meet up with you, Bobbi.

I just saw some people on the news already collecting $20M from last nites draw. From Ont as usual. That means there must have been at least one other winner?? Did we get enough for coffee or to buy another ticket?
I don't know if I will make it that early. But...did any of you hear the 'shout out to the Sole Sisters' that was on SunFM this morning! Susan Knight mentioned us and our shirts! Stephanie
I would love a ride with you Bobbi, Dannette said she'd love to join us as well. She will be in my driveway at 6:15ish if that's okay with you or else I could drive.

I checked the lottery ticket on their website, none of our numbers matched. So sad.

Speaking of core exercises...I went to Bodyfit for a short time today. I decided to go into that ab room. I was all alone until Stockwell Day came in. I had to leave. It was just too wierd doing "crunches" beside Stock!!
I am just reading the comments. Dawn, in the same one you say you were told you could do 10 minutes and you are going to do 20. Way to listen girlfriend!! It will feel good so just take it easy. Core work sounds perfect so lets all pray the rain holds off.
Kathy Shannon says she'll meet in Tracy's driveway at 6:15 to catch a ride with her and Patti. She says that if she's not there by 6:20 then leave without her. I hope thats okay.

Yes, he told me to do 10 mins for two day, and if I felt fine, increase by 10 minutes for two day, and continue...
