Hope everyone had a good week. I know there is a group of ladies running the race route in Kelowna this weekend but for those who aren't, feel free to post your times. Hope everyone has a great run and a great weekend.
Colleen and I are meeting at 6:15 and are looking forward to Bliss afterwards for anyone who is around.

hi all. Me and Nancy are going to plan on being at Bliss at 7:15. That should have us ending about the same time as you "eager beavers" for a wonderful coffee.

we were planning to go to kelowna and run the race route tommorrow... but I Think we will be at bliss for 6 am and running 19-21kms.. not quite sure yet...
will post again when I know for sure.

I'll come for coffee... I've had a discouraging week with my knee, so i'm going to rest it for another week... bur I'll see you ladies around 8ish :-)
I am leaving at 6:15 for Peachland. I want to do about 18 or 19!!
